    TYSAN AND ZENON HERE... 

    When we first entered the fitness industry, it lacked integrated movement. Trainers saw the body as something you should train in separate pieces. However, with our backgrounds in Classical Chinese dance, ballet, yoga, and martial arts - we knew there was more to training than what the industry had to offer. 

    As the industry grew, we were joined by more trainers introducing mobility training, high intensity training, and stability training. It was fun and exciting, however...

    In spite of all the progress, new movement assessment material, and new research on fat burning, we continually saw trainers understanding really great concepts superficially. 

    With our perfectionistic inclinations, and practice in strong communication skills (AKA teaching skills) we strove to offer more than the newest, "coolest" thing. We wanted our clients to walk away feeling great, and knowing themselves better through the training process.

    So we studied hard, worked hard, and trained hard. We found mentors willing to share their secrets with us, we took endless teaching programs, and we practiced what we preached. 

    All that work has paid off with happy clients who have fallen in love with training, healthy eating, and their bodies!

    We kick the program off by creating a wellness vision. We'll take you through a series of questions to help you get super clear on your wellness vision.

    This is also a great way to get to know your fellow tribe members.

    MEET 1 to 3 times per WEEK FOR 45-MINUTES

    All sessions happen live over video conferencing. We meet for 45 minutes 1 to 3 times a week (depending on which membership tier you chose).

    Each monthly workout gets recorded so you can workout with us even if you have to miss a session.

    Monthly BONUS CLASSES

    We know things happen, and you might not always make it to class. No problem!

    Not only do we record each workout, we offer monthly bonus classes so you have time to make up for any missed sessions.

    RECORDINGS OF ALL WORKOUTS! 

    We understand that life gets busy and you won't always be able to make it to the live sessions. Not to worry! You still get to keep up by training to one of the workout videos on your own. PLUS, you'll now have access to a whole library of butt-kicking routines you can do anytime, anywhere.

    You're never alone at seeing your wellness vision through when you're part of the Tyzen Fit Tribe.     SIMPLE EQUIPMENT

    All you need to get started with us are a few small tools:

    How many people per Tribe?
    Each Peak Fitness Tribe is limited to 8 people. This ensures that every participant receives quality attention from the trainer, and it allows for strong connections between each member of the Tribe.

    How long is each program?
    Peak Fitness Tribe is a membership program where you get charged monthly, and can cancel at any time.*

    How much space do I need for the workout?
    You only need enough space to lie down on a mat with your legs straight, and your arms extended out to each side, creating a T. Ideally, you want to be able to see your whole body when standing in front of a camera.
