When we first entered the fitness industry, it lacked integrated movement. Trainers saw the body as something you should train in separate pieces. However, with our backgrounds in Classical Chinese dance, ballet, yoga, and martial arts - we knew there was more to training than what the industry had to offer.
As the industry grew, we were joined by more trainers introducing mobility training, high intensity training, and stability training. It was fun and exciting, however...
In spite of all the progress, new movement assessment material, and new research on fat burning, we continually saw trainers understanding really great concepts superficially.
With our perfectionistic inclinations, and practice in strong communication skills (AKA teaching skills) we strove to offer more than the newest, "coolest" thing. We wanted our clients to walk away feeling great, and knowing themselves better through the training process.
So we studied hard, worked hard, and trained hard. We found mentors willing to share their secrets with us, we took endless teaching programs, and we practiced what we preached.
All that work has paid off with happy clients who have fallen in love with training, healthy eating, and their bodies!

In this foundational phase, we will take a deep dive into understanding your body. We start by assessing your fitness (and lifestyle) to pinpoint the key areas that need alignment and stability. By actively clearing clutter from your body, environment, and schedule, you'll be able to eliminate self-sabotage and stop dieting. You'll learn to breathe, move, and eat to achieve your goals sustainably!

The investment varies based on your unique goals. That's why the questionnaire and free strategy call are crucial parts of the process. We tailor your program entirely to you, and the investment depends on the specific details of that program.
The initial phase of the program is 16 weeks. How long you continue to work with us depends on your individual needs and goals. During your initial assessment, we'll discuss timelines and create a personalized plan that fits your schedule and objectives.
Throughout the program, you'll have access to ongoing support from our team of experienced coaches. This includes regular check-ins, guidance on workouts and nutrition, and assistance with any questions or challenges you may encounter along the way.
Absolutely! Our program is designed to accommodate individuals with a wide range of health conditions and fitness levels. Before starting, we'll conduct a thorough assessment to ensure your safety and tailor the program to suit your specific needs and limitations.
Our programs are customized to accommodate your available resources and preferences. They can all be done at home or at a gym. We do have some required pieces of equipment we'll like you to get (such as a foam roller)
Results vary depending on factors such as consistency, adherence to the program, and individual physiology. Typically, clients begin to notice improvements in energy levels, strength, and overall well-being within the first few weeks of starting the program.
Upon completing the program, you'll have the option to continue with ongoing support or transition to a maintenance plan. We'll provide guidance on maintaining your progress, setting new goals, and integrating healthy habits into your daily life for long-term success.
